Bogal & Kahn LLP is a law firm offering corporate, real estate, structured finance and bankruptcy services, both as legal advisor and business strategist, to a broad spectrum of clients, including financial institutions, private investment funds, real estate investment trusts (REITs), restaurant investment funds and operators, and other industry participants. Our firm brings together a team of highly-accomplished attorneys with extensive legal and business experience, both at leading global law firms and as company founders and internal counsel. We have deep experience in a range of complex transactions and general corporate matters, particularly all areas of real estate finance, including commercial mortgage and mezzanine loans and preferred equity instruments. We also have substantial experience in structured finance, including hybrid debt instruments such as trust preferred securities, collateralized debt obligations (CDOs) and other securitizations.
